WWE confirms changes at the Raw and SmackDown commentary table


WWE A new season of weekly shows will kick off this Friday with the Friday Night SmackDown show to be held at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA, and will be broadcast live on the American channel FOX. Monday Night Raw will begin its new season on USA Network next Monday.

WWE is preparing special appearances and changes for the occasion. The company has confirmed in the last hours who will occupy the comments of the two shows, highlighting Wade Barrett’s rise to SmackDown. The former Intercontinental champion has occupied the comment table on NXT since 2020, and will now team up with Michael Cole in the blue show.

The other big change has been the incorporation of Booker T to NXT, who will fill in for Wade Barrett. In turn, it has been confirmed that Pat McAfee will return to the WWE broadcast booth after his commitment to ESPN’s College GameDay program. WWE has also confirmed the return of cathy kelley.

I’ve had a lot of fun and met some great people. I’ve really been amazed at the acceptance of the WWE fans. You guys make it work every week and your enthusiasm has been incredible,” he wrote on Twitter.
