Gustavo Calorio is one of the brand new reinforcements of the El Ceibo Association to face the Federal Tournament. In his first training he spoke with DSP about his feelings.

Calorio already knows Blengini, since he had him as a coach in Freyre’s 9 de Julio Olímpico. Given this, he stated that “I know most of the guys, they seem like good players to me. With regard to ‘mara’ I also already know him, he seems to me to be a barbaric technician. But from now on I want the best for the group.”.

As for what the DT asked him, he explained that “He asked me to try to spread it both forward and backward defensively, being intense the way he likes it. I am going to try to provide what the team needs on the pitch”.

The perimeter knows what it is like to play the Federal Tournament and that is why he expressed that “It is a very tough category. You have to prepare in the best way, obviously. It can go well or badly for us but the important thing is going to be trying to do things well and I think we have a nice team to face it “.

Looking a little forward, Calorio said that “I think there is a good team but this is going to be day by day. As the training sessions go by we will get to know each other. We are going to try to do things as well as possible and the further we can go, we are welcome”.

As a player he defined himself by saying that “I will try to do what the coach asks me to do. I will try to give my best in every minute on the court and when I have to be outside, I will bank my teammates and help them in whatever it is “.
