Kofi Kingston responds to criticism for his Royal Rumble failure – Wrestling Planet

Over the last few weeks there have been many WWE news that have addressed the way in which the fighter of the red mark WWE Raw as it is Kofi Kingston has faced the difficult moments after a failure at the WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view. A failure that has caused mockery on social networks.

Kofi Kingston responds to criticism

When a fighter of Kofi’s quality tries something spectacular and succeeds, people come to think that it is rare that things that have a lot of work can fail. But we are human, and failure is something that is embedded in our DNA. Many in social networks behind a screen have not had the same consideration.

Given the massive criticism of his ruling during the Royal Rumble main event, it was the fighter himself who wanted to settle the issue through a statement on social networks to express what you feel after so many personal attacks that can affect you personally.

“The last two days on social media, I’ve gotten a lot of ‘Why would you think that’s possible?’ and ‘Why would you even try that?’ The answer to that question is pretty easy: because of the potential reward. What would happen if you managed to overcome what is considered ‘impossible’?

The sense of accomplishment you feel when you beat the odds and brazenly defy the odds is purely ecstatic. People’s questions then turn into ‘How the hell did you do that?!’ and ‘I never thought that would be possible!’ But unfortunately, it wasn’t going to be… this time…

However, even in failure there is also a reward; one that can be more valuable than success. That reward is: Self-learning and growth. True strength. Failure forces you to look within and learn about yourself. Are you depressed and in a bad mood? Do you hide and feel sorry for yourself? Maybe for a while. I think that’s natural. But then you use those emotions as a catalyst to push yourself and push yourself to be better.

The castles of success are built in part from the cornerstones of failure… Anyway, this isn’t a cry for sympathy messages in the comments or anything lol. I just saw this as a great opportunity to encourage people who might be hesitant about trying something because it’s too risky or because they’re scared. Go out of your way to try, even when you know the risks. In my case, every possible risk came true: physical injury, the emotional toll of letting people down by literally not meeting their expectations, the risk of being laughed at and ridiculed for deciding to try the impossible.

And yet, if he had another chance to choose whether to try or not… He wouldn’t change a thing. Without guts there is no glory. Don’t risk it, there is no cookie. No pressure or diamonds. You have to bet to get it. All quotes… Many great rewards come to those who push the limits…”
