Who are the big stars of the future? It is the question that the main clubs ask themselves when making signings with projection and talent of the present and future. Well, now you can find out because issue 366 of the CIES (Football Observatory Weekly Post) presents the five great jewels of European football after an exhaustive study and follow-up of the stars to come.
The condition is to have been born from 2002 onwards and play in one of the 31 best European leagues without counting Premier, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1. Thus, it is detailed that there are five proper names destined to succeed: Ryan Gravenberch (Ajax), Arsen Zakharyan (Dinamo Moscow), Devyne Rensch (Ajax), Fábio Carvalho (Fulham) and Jakub Kaminski (Lech Poznan).

These five players are the ones with the highest InStat Index at their respective positions. This index takes into account the field production of soccer players based on the position they play (central, winger, forward…) and the general level of the matches in which they have participated.
The highest overall score was recorded by Ryan Gravenberg, from AFC Ajax. Among the midfielders, the Dutch talent is ahead with Arsen Zakharyan (Dynamo Moscow) and Fabio Carvalho (Fulham). Running out of contract, the latter is being courted by several major teams. The highest InStat rating for full-backs was recorded for another AFC Ajax player who is attracting interest from Big Five clubs: Devyne Rensch, 19 years old.

The best score for other positions went to Oliver Dovin (Hammarby IF) among the goalkeepers, Ilya Zabarnyi (Dynamo Kiev) for the central defenders and Jakub Kamiński (Lech Poznań) among the forwards.
