Juve, bitter triumph: Dybala and Morata are injured

Second consecutive victory for Juventus who, like against Spezia, suffered much more than expected to get the three points against Sampdoria. Those of Allegri (who started with Perin instead of Szczesny) remain unconvinced but, at least, they come back in the standings: now they are eight points behind the lead, waiting for the Naples-Cagliari tonight.

The protagonist of the beginning of the match was undoubtedly Paulo dybala, who opened the can with a precise left foot from outside the box on the first touch in the 10th minute. The joy of the Argentine, however, did not last long, since in 20 ‘he had to leave the grass in tears. It was a cry of frustration, more than pain: La Joya suffered discomfort in the left thigh and tomorrow we will know more about the duration of his leave.

Chiesa, very active, forced the penalty that could sentence the game, whistled by a hand from Murru. Bonucci threw it and performed it perfectly, but moments later, a header from Yoshida to Candreva’s pass brought D’Aversa’s men back into the game.

In the second half, Locatelli finished a beautiful collective move by signing the first goal of his Bianconera adventure, but not even 3-1 helped him to live the last half hour with peace of mind for the Turinese. First came another bad news: Morata, after a shot, asked to be replaced due to a sore thigh.

Allegri, after the crash, warned that his injury does not allow too much optimism: “Álvaro and Dybala will not be with Chelsea, nor with Torino. We will see their conditions after the break”. Later, in addition, Candreva returned to close the gap with a left foot in the heart of the area. The final arreón of the Doriani was unsuccessful, and Juve was able, at least, to celebrate the victory. Without too much joy.
