Head-to-head of the Rams and Bengals defenses that will play in Super Bowl LVI

However, as the Bengals have shown during the playoffs, they are perfectly capable of making impact plays.

While you might think the Los Angeles team is more explosive up front with Aaron Donald, Von Miller, don’t forget that the Bengals stopped Patrick Mahomes twice this year.

Cincinnati doesn’t have a player on defense above the 27 years old.

Since his tenth game of the season, lhe Bengals have held opponents to 21 points or fewer in five games.No one stands out more than defensive end Trey Hendrickson, Cincinnati’s only 2021 Pro Bowler on defense.

This year’s Super Bowl will feature one of the most intriguing 1v1 matchups of the 2021-22 season: the Bengals’ rookie wide receiver, Ja’Marr Chase, against All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey.
