The versatility of the Falcons – DiarioSports – San Francisco

Daniel Beltramo is satisfied, convinced of the team he formed to face a new season in the Argentine League. The San Isidro coach spoke with DSP. Your game idea, team roles and the start of training.

Tomorrow, Monday, San Isidro will officially begin the preseason for the second category of Argentine basketball. The Red Hawks will put first with a full roster, Daniel Beltramo will command the “red ship” that wants to set sail and sail with a fixed course.

The Falcons coach spoke with DAILYPORTS, making clear their agreement with the names that came to reinforce the campus.

“I’m happy, the players I asked for arrived, I put together this team and the leaders made every effort to make it happen; I have the players that I wanted them to be ”He started saying “pirincho”.

How will this start of the preseason be?

We are going to continue working as we have been doing with the first group since the beginning of August and those who have arrived now are going to adapt little by little.

What did you look for to choose this team?

I want it to be a team with versatility when making decisions in any game situation. To be able to pass from one phase to the other naturally, that’s why I looked for players who are dynamic and capable of doing various things. I looked for intensity, dynamics and aggressiveness, players who know how to play with contact.

Will the younger ones have to wait for their adaptation?

We have many players making their first weapons in the Argentine League and that will lead us to an adaptation and ups and downs that we hope will be the least possible, but you have to have patience and tolerance. The team is compensated and the coach’s job is to bring everyone to a similar level.

Will that be seen in the base position?

For me, the base position is fundamental, I think that the Argentine League is a tournament of bases, so we went for Milton Vittar who understands the game like few others, has team leadership and makes us play as he wants. Then I have two boys, one U23 like Santiago Bruno and a youth like Ignacio Cuesta who are pure energy, dynamic; I think that position is very balanced.

Are you going to want to play a lot of friendlies to polish the way you play?

I always liked to play a lot of friendlies, for me we would have to have at least 10, but it will be difficult because the National League starts earlier and the Federal in January; those of the League will already be in their last stage of preparation and those of the Federal are not even armed; that’s why we are going to try to have at least 5.
