Basketball camp ended with massive youth participation – The most important news from Corrientes

With the general coordination of coach Juan Carlos Krogslund, the training basketball camp for boys from the city and the region began on Friday morning.
About a hundred participants, plus a staff of top-level professionals, gave life to the event that lasted until yesterday in the two stadiums of the city, Antorcha and Atlético Saladas.
“The truth is that we are very happy to be able to bring the campus to Saladas and that it has the participation of children not only from our town, but also from Capital, Goya, Curuzú Cuatiá, Mercedes, among other cities that breathe basketball”, highlighted the creator of the campus, in the presentation.
He mainly thanked his family and all those around him: “To the Municipality of Saladas, the leadership of both clubs who gave themselves selflessly and made possible the realization of the campus, to each of the sponsors”, as well as “to this team of coaches and senior professionals, who will contribute all their knowledge ».
He was accompanied in the presentation that was made at the Juan Gabriel Noya stadium of the Atlético club, the director of Municipal Sports and Recreation, Horacio Ruiz Díaz, and the staff affected by this JCK campus, composed of: Carlos Miño, the figure from Salade, today guiding the San Martín de Curuzú Cuatiá project; Diego D’Andrea, who comes from directing in the Bolivian National League; the graduate in Kinesiology and Physiatry, María José Vallejos; Tomas Martínez, skills improvement coach and player developer in Argentina; Raúl Baccalá from Santa Fe with all his experience and the degree in Physical Education and an expert in basketball physical preparation, Ezequiel Lavayen; added to Professor Iván Bolaño, brand new addition to the Atlético Saladas club to work in the training divisions.
The latter took the floor and agreed that “this type of activity makes it possible for us to achieve integration, provide children with sports and educational tools for their training, get to know each other more and continue promoting sport.” In turn, they highlighted the projection of the campus and ratified their willingness to move forward.
On behalf of the municipality, Professor Ruiz Díaz, thanked for the invitation and remarked that “it is a pleasure to participate in an event that mobilizes so many children and that the venue is Saladas.”
After the presentation, the official campus shirts were handed out, with an exclusive and distinguished design, and thus, the activities in the different stadiums began.
On the one hand, in the «giant of Alvear street», Lavayen and Tomy Martínez worked with the smaller group (U13 and U15), while Baccalá, Miño and D´Andrea did the same in the «Rolando María Insaurralde» of Antorcha with the same categories, optimizing time and space. In the afternoon, it was the turn of the older players (U17 and U19, female) under the same modalities and alternating the scenarios, for the development of content.
