Yankees: Gerrit Cole and who else? What the rotation would look like for 2022

One of the main problems of the New York Yankees in the 2021 season of MLB was his starting rotation, since out of Gerrit Cole there was no starting pitcher who was completely reliable either because of form, injuries or both. With a renewed role after the departure of James Paxton, J. A. Happ or Masahiro Tanaka, together with the arrivals of Corey Kluber, Jameson Taillon and the turns of Domingo German and Luis Severino, there was no one outside of Cole who had regularity.

Now what will happen to the Yankees starting rotation in 2022? The truth is that according to information from Andy Martino of SNY, the options for the Bronx Bombers have expanded enormously after the emergence of other possible candidates to occupy a place in the rotation last season, such as Luis Gil, Néstor Cortés, Jordan Montgomery and Clarke Schmidt make it difficult for Aaron Boone.
