USA Baseball released its 2022 Golden Spikes Awards preseason slate.
It contains the top 55 amateur players in the nation, from high school through college, with the intent of identifying the top prospects in the country, heading into the upcoming season.
The Golden Spikes Award Advisory Council will continue to update the list of players who are best projected for the award.
In addition to the Advisory Council, amateur baseball fans will also be able to vote for their favorite players at Golden SpikesAward.com beginning May 24.
USA Baseball will announce the finalists on May 8.
