Apple TV+ announces free games on Fridays

Apple TV+ will be your home for doubleheaders of MLB action every Friday night this season. On Tuesday, the first half of the schedule of matches that will be broadcast was announced.

You can watch all of these games for free on Apple TV+.

The 2022 action will begin on April 8, when Max Scherzer and the Mets meet Juan Soto and the Nationals at 7 pm ET. Then, the reigning AL champion Astros will visit reigning AL MVP Shohei Ohtani, who is scheduled to get on the mound and hit first with the Angels.

The “Friday Night Baseball” games will be available to all users with internet access through devices where Apple TV+ can be found. That includes the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV 4K and HD, and at tv.apple.com, plus smart TVs, game consoles, and cable boxes.

Free “Friday Night Baseball” coverage includes pre-game and post-game programming and will be available on Apple TV+ in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico, South Korea and the United Kingdom. United. For a limited time, no subscription is required.
