Who to sit in Fantasy Football? – Week 4 NFL Season 2021

We have almost a month of started our long-awaited Fantasy Football leagues this NFL 2021 Season, and that is why we leave you the players that you must leave on the bench for week 3, the famous Sit’Em that can not be missing in our weekly roster planning.

Remember that it is not about them being bad players, but about the matchups or situations that they are going to face every week. These are the fine points that separate the winners in Fantasy Football leagues from the rest. So don’t be afraid to pull the trigger and bank these names, at least this week.

NOTE: Below the player you will find my specific point projections for this week. These projections are from the system (Non-PPR) and are conservative predictions.

Quarterbacks

Teddy Bridgewater vs Baltimore Ravens

Projection: 17 points

Teddy B He has had three games where he has surprised us all and the credit is entirely his. It is also important to mention that they have been against below-average defenses such as the Giants, Jaguars and Jets. This week Bridgewater will show us if it is for real or if it was only the rivals who made him be a QB who pushed the ball to the back of the field.

Because of the uncertainty and because he faces a defense much better than the others, the best thing will be to seat Bridgewater.

Carson Wentz @ Miami Dolphins

Projection: 13.4 points

There is no universe where you need to initiate Carson Wentz in any kind of league. So far he has played as one of the most boring QBs in the league, and therefore the worst Fantasy production ever. He’s up against a top-10 defense when it comes to putting pressure on the QB, so under pressure, the Colts’ 2 can suffer a lot.

He’s averaged just 4.9 yards per pass when in these situations plus he’s still tagged and probably won’t run. Don’t start Wentz or for the end of the world.

Running Backs

Ty’Son Williams @ Denver Broncos

Projection: 5.3 points

Ty’Son Williams finds himself in a terrible committee, where he rarely dominates his backfield. With Latavius Murray stealing all the short-range carries and within the 5-yard line, with DeVonta Freeman stealing a certain passing role, and with Lamar Jackson being the best running QB in the league, it will be difficult for him to do great things with the low volume that will have.

The Broncos are the NFL’s seventh-best defense in the EPA by carry, so let’s not expect big plays from this RB.

Myles Gaskin vs Indianapolis Colts

Projection: 6.2 points

Myles Gaskin is in much the same situation as the Ravens’ RB: a committee that dominates only slightly and is ineffective with the carries they give him. The Colts are the ninth-best defense in the EPA per carry allowed, so it’s going to be hard for us to see one of these big plays that characterize Gaskin and his Fantasy production.

Wide Receivers

Rondale Moore @ Los Angeles Rams

Projection: 5.0 points

It was warned here last week that the hype for Rondale Moore was too much and that he was going to go wrong if he got lined up, however favorable this looked. He ran only 36% of the routes, having a decrease of 20% compared to week 2. All these unfortunate events happened against the Jaguars.

This week the Cardinals go against the Rams in a game that I hope will be favorable for Christian Kirk and not Rondale Moore.

Robby Anderson @ Dallas Cowboys

Projection: 7 points

Robby Anderson had to go out in 2WR sets last game against the Texans, because it’s clear that they want to use their rookie Terrace Marshall more. Project that in this game the Panthers are going to suffer, especially when pitching under pressure.

I do not expect a good match for the passing game and therefore I do not recommend starting Anderson.

Tight Ends

Rob Gronkowksi @ New England Patriots

Projection: 4.5 points

The Buccaneers TE returns home in a bad situation for Fantasy Football. Last game, Rob Gronkowski’s run routes dropped again, so his use is more of a TE2 than a TE1. Consider one of the best in league history as a TD-dependent TE1. If you have a better top-12 option, don’t start it.

Robert Tonyan vs Pittsburgh Steelers

Projection. 5.2 points

Even though I am one of the most trusted people Big bob Tonyan will have a break point where he improves his numbers this season, this week he will not be. He faces a defense that doesn’t allow the TEs a lot of points, plus Rodgers searched for Tonyan only once last week, so it’s worrying that this will happen again.

These are my options for banking on Fantasy Football this week 4. Are you ready for this week yet? Who did I need? Comment below or on our social networks.
