The 2021 NFL Season came to an end and with it, several spectacular performances that will go down in the history books of this league. Surely you already know: at the end of each season, the American news agency Associated Press (AP) organizes votes among select members of the sports press to designate the NFL professionals who are part of an ideal team, known as the All -Pro Team.
Although there is no defined window for this team to come forward, this usually occurs the next day or about 48 hours after the last game of the season. So, with week 18 just over, and before the AP “spoils” the fun for us, we present to you the All-Pro team for the 2021 NFL Season voted by our staff.
This is how we chose our All-Pro team for this season
In our selection of the best professionals at each position in the NFL this season, we tried to adhere to the selection criteria and positions that the Associated Press has featured in recent years. This includes the team structure over the number of positions, the nomenclature of the positions and the preponderance of the official position over the function on the field of play (DE, ILB and OLB instead of EDGE rusher, etc.).
On the other hand, and unlike the AP All-Pro that features a first and second team, we only vote for the first.
