On September 29, WWE has linked two new commercial brands, but this time they are related to the Raw and SmackDown shows. The registered terms are ‘Raw Rebound’ and ‘SmackDown Breakdown’.
The RAW REBOUND and SMACKDOWN BREAKDOWN trademarks are intended to cover the categories of entertainment services, a show about wrestling; Entertainment services, namely, production and exhibition of professional wrestling events provided live and through broadcast media, including television, and distributed through various platforms through multiple forms of broadcast media; provision of news and information on wrestling via broadcast media, including television, and distributed via various platforms via multiple forms of broadcast media; provision of information on sports and entertainment through the media […]
