WrestleMania 38 Predictions – Night 1

WWE presents the first night of WrestleMania on Saturday from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Below are my predictions of what will happen in the show.

PREDICTION: Poor Drew ended up a long way from the main stage this year, but let’s hope he’ll see him back soon after coming out of this feuding nightmare. She must keep it short. Drew wins.

Rey and Dominic Mysterio vs. The Miz and Logan Paul

PREDICTION: Here are two things to watch if they capitalize: 1-WWE has abandoned Dominik and his father’s run-ins and don’t be surprised if this theme is revived here. 2-On the other hand, Logan has also seemed to disagree with some things that Miz has done in these weeks. The Mysterios win, but I think there will be an angle as a result of the fight.

Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston vs. Sheamus and Ridge Holland

PREDICTION: I don’t see much value in this fight. NewDay wins.

Anything goes
Johnny Knoxville vs. sami zayn

PREDICTION: Expect to see a lot of trickery here. Will we see others from the Jackass cast involved? Knoxville wins.

For the Smackdown tag team championships
The Usos vs. Shinsuke Nakamura and Rick Boogs

PREDICTION: It can go anywhere. Uses retain.

Seth Rollins vs a choice of Mr McMahon

PREDICTION: As everyone knows the rumor is Cody. I also throw in the middle that if it’s not Cody, Undertaker or Shawn Michaels they would be possibilities (they are in Texas and they would be appearances that could offset Cody’s expectation). Rollins loses with whoever.

“Stone Cold” Steve Austin will face Kevin Owens on “The KO Show”

PREDICTION: It is said that this will be more than a Stunner and pa ‘out. Impromptu fight? We’ll see.

For the Smackdown Women’s Championship
Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey

PREDICTION: I haven’t been too impressed with Ronda since her return, in part because at the end of the day she fits in more as a heel than a technician. Charlotte will always be where she is with or without a championship. There is not much to go if Charlotte retains and for that reason I see Ronda winning.
