During broadcasts of Monday Night RAW via USA Network, the superstar The Miz carried out a treasonous attack on his partner and friend John Morrison.
After a failed interview with Logan Paul, The Miz and John Morrison began a verbal discussion that quickly ceased with the entry of Xavier Woods. The member of “The New Day” had a heads up against “The Awesome” which was affected by interference from Morrison. The latter accidentally cost The Miz the victory and allowed Woods to come out with his head held high thanks to a quick Roll-Up.
An angry Miz faced John after the match. The latter tried to relax his partner and offered to throw water at the public as usual in recent weeks. To the surprise of those present, “The Awesome” put down his squirt gun to attack Morrison by the back. “The Moist Wanted WWE Superstar” fell to the canvas with a Skull Crushing Finale as the audience reacted stunned to The Miz’s attack.
This fact marks the end of a team that met in early 2020. John Morrison’s return to WWE quickly preceded his reunion with The Miz. During their more than eighteen months as a team, both wrestlers won the SmackDown Tag Team Championships once. In addition, The Miz became the holder of the Money in the Bank that he successfully redeemed to win the WWE Championship and retain it for seven days.
