Sami Zayn revealed the reasons why he did not attack Kevin Owens on WWE RAW.
Last Monday on Monday Night Raw, Kevin Owens interrupted a segment of The Usos and Sami Zayn to tell the latter “that he is still one of the best fighters in the world and should not waste his time being the jester of The Bloodline”. Next, a match began between Kevin Owens and Jey Uso, where Jimmy distracted the referee so that Zayn could hit ‘KO’ with a whistle, but finally decided not to, so the Undisputed Tag Team Champion lost with a Stunner. Sami has recently revealed the reason why he didn’t attack Owens.
Through his Twitter account, Sami Zayn explained that he did not attack Kevin Owens with the chair on Monday Night Raw because he felt the referee would see him and disqualify the match..
To clarify, I did not hit Kevin Owens [con la silla] because I felt like the referee could see me and I didn’t want Jey Uso to lose by disqualification. I explained this to The Bloodline and the issue was resolved. The Championship Celebration [dos años de Roman Reigns como Campeón Universal] on Friday will proceed as planned. Thanks.
This tweet was answered several times by Kevin Owens, who mentioned that Sami Zayn “loves him” and also posted several gifs from when he teamed up with him in 2017.
Although there have been several hints that Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn could team up again soon, this is not expected to happen until at least after Clash at the Castle. It should be remembered that ‘KO is not scheduled to appear on this week’s SmackDown show nor on CATC, while Zayn will appear on this Friday’s show and could also accompany Roman Reigns on the PLE.
