One of the controversies that has attracted the most attention within the red brand has not been the fact of putting Randy Orton for the Bobby Lashley world championship. It all has to do with a segment in which several fighters from the red brand roster who apparently have no creative plans, chase the championship 24/7.
So far so good, but when they saw former WWE World Champion Jeff Hardy chase him down and not win it, Social networks criticized his current situation and the treatment he received from the company after so many years of professionalism meeting expectations and stories.
RAW returns to @tdgarden on Monday, 9/13, tickets are on sale now. I got the chance to chat with @JEFFHARDYBRAND about his chase of the 24/7 championship, working with Karrion Kross, real life incidents turning into storylines and more. @ WrestleCast985 https://t.co/La6v00DkVp pic.twitter.com/RXHR2mkUvj

The former WWE champion was on the radio show Wrestling Inside The Ropes by Boston and for the first 2 minutes of the interview, you were asked about this 24/7 headline segment. The former WWE Champion had this to say:
“Monday night in Miami, that’s what I wanted to do, that’s what I had to do. I was in the hunt for the title 24/7 and it just didn’t work out man. It’s one of those things, man, I show up to work and do what they need me to do and move on. That’s in the past and this Monday is the future, so I’m very excited. “
In the same interview he wanted to make it clear that among his short-term plans he has not yet finished with Karrion Kross. Fighter with whom he had a small rivalry but the Covid wanted to postpone. For the fighter, the next monthly event may be the perfect setting to face it. Among his plans before retirement is the universal championship as the most important goal. Time will tell the path the WWE legend takes.
