In Wrestling Observer’s Newsletter, Dave Meltzer, revealed the possible plans and winners that the company has in mind Vince McMahon for his next PPV, Royal Rumble.
Plans for the men’s Royal Rumble
Meltzer mentioned in the Newsletter that Former WWE Champion Big E, current Sovereign Brock Lesnar, ‘Scottish Warrior’ Drew McIntyre, Universal Champion Roman Reigns and ‘The Phenomenal’ AJ Styles are the favorites to win the Men’s Battle Royal.
‘The Tribal Chief’ could lose the Title Gold to Seth Rollins that same night to enter the 30-man match. Lesnar -just like Roman- has not been announced for the Rumble and will also defend his Championship that night against Bobby Lashley.
Female Battle Royal
On the ladies’ side, Dave assured:
“(Bianca) Belair is the favourite, followed by Bayley, Rhea Ripley, (Sasha) Banks and Alexa Bliss.”
Regarding these statements we can say that the least likely to happen are Bayley and Sasha Banks who are out of action due to injuries. There is a possibility that ‘The Role Model’ could return, in fact herself recently declared that there is a reason that would make her appear in Royal Rumble, but everything is uncertain.
