According to the orders issued in a “Commercial Executive Lawsuit”, to which ESPN Digital had access, “Promoted by Arrendadora Internacional Azteca SA DE CV against Promotora Deportiva del Valle de Orizaba”, the related embargo “was registered” on all kinds of industrial and intellectual property in the name of the defendant morality “. The resolution falls on almost 20 records related to the Red Sharks of Veracruz.

Currently, Fidel Kuri is still imprisoned in the Almoloya de Juárez Preventive and Social Reintegration Center, because he has not covered the payment of the guarantee of 100 million pesos to be able to carry his trial in freedom.

The Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property (IMPI) has already been notified of the embargo in favor of TV Azteca on trademarks related to Red Sharks and the government of Veracruz continues with the quest to return professional football to Puerto Jarocho.

“On our part, we continue to be very interested and with the best disposition to return professional soccer to Veracruz,” said José Luis Franco Lima, Secretary of Finance and Planning of Veracruz.
