The discussion between Neymar and Borja at the end of Brazil vs. Colombia

The match between Brazil Y Colombia, in the group stage of the America Cup, heated up from minute 77, when the locals tied the score with a controversial action, after the ball hit the Argentine referee Nestor Pitana.

From that moment, friction and discussions took over the game and in the end, Brazil managed to score the winning goal with a header from Casemiro, in the tenth minute of replacement, after a corner kick from Neymar.

On the way to the locker room, at the end of the match, there was a strong discussion between the PSG star and the Colombian forward Miguel Ángel Borja.

According to the Brazilian portal UOL Esporte, Neymar made fun of Borja and his time at Palmeiras. Mixing words in Portuguese and Spanish, the 10 told him: “Very bad. You didn’t even play for Palmeiras. Very bad.”

The Colombian replied saying: “They touch you and you cry.” Teammates of both players and security guards had to intervene to prevent the matter from escaping.

Borja was in Palmeiras between 2017 and 2019. He played, adding all official competitions, 102 games, and scored 36 goals. With that shirt he was the scorer of the 2018 Copa Libertadores, with 9 annotations.
