Manchester City is preparing an offer of £ 100 million ($ 139 million) by Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kanesources told ESPN.
The 27-year-old Kane has informed Spurs of his desire to leave this summer, with City leading Manchester United and Chelsea in the race for his signing.

There have been reports that Raheem Sterling could be one of the players who will tempt Tottenham to sell Kane this summer, but sources have told ESPN that the English extreme is not willing to be used as a bargaining chip in any agreement.
