ESPN reviews Cruz Azul’s actions against Querétaro, which allowed him to break a streak of four games without a victory

Lucas Passerini added two games with a goal
The Argentine striker was present again on the scoreboard, but this time his goal served to ensure the victory for Cruz Azul. Passerini scored last Friday in the loss to Juárez and was now in charge of making it 2-0 for the Machine to beat Querétaro on the Azteca Stadium field.
The ‘Machine’ left behind the bad streak
Cruz Azul was able to shake off the bad results it had had in recent games with the victory against Querétaro. Just in the middle of the week they suffered a painful elimination in the semifinals of the Concacaf Champions League, after losing 5-1 on aggregate to Monterrey. At the local level, the Machine added four games without being able to win, after draws, against Monterrey, Atlético de San Luis and Pachuca, in addition to the defeat against Juárez.
