Lionel Messi in the Copa América with Argentina
Lionel messi He needs no introduction when it comes to playing soccer, but it seems that the FC Barcelona legend is also not far behind when it comes to impressing in other sports.
The 34-year-old has been caught enjoying an impromptu basketball game with fellow Argentines Papu Gómez and Rodrigo De Paul. Gomez showed the trio in action in a video posted on Instagram.
All three players were part of the Argentine team that won the Copa América this summer, beating Brazil 1-0 in the final at the Maracana Stadium to end a 28-year streak without the Albiceleste lifting a trophy.
The trio will also play in La Liga next season. De Paul is back for the second time in Spain and has signed for champion Atlético de Madrid from Udinese, while Gómez joined Sevilla in January. Messi is expected to continue in Barcelona and sign a new five-year contract after his contract expired at the end of June.

De Paul spoke about what it will be like to face Messi
De Paul was happy to talk about Messi before Argentina’s Copa América campaign and admitted in an interview with Sid Lowe on The Guardian, who likes to face the captain of the national team.
