Luka Jovic is still looking for his place at Real Madrid. However, their participation is not quite regular. Of course, when he has appeared, he has shown his best version since he signed for the white team in 2019.
There is one main reason why Jovic has only added 84 minutes in which we have been this season: Karim Benzema. The Frenchman, captain due to Marcelo’s injury, is unstoppable, experiencing the best season of his career. His ten goals and seven assists in which we have been in the course they have made it, even more so, irreplaceable. His excellent moment is blocking his teammate up front, who has also been affected by the change of system.
In recent matches Ancelotti is opting to play with only one striker. When he does it with two, it is because he chooses to place Vinicius as winger or Hazard or Asensio as playmaker.
