XFL unveils host cities for 2023 season

The XFLof which Dwayne ‘rock‘ Johnson owns, presented the eight cities where the 2023 season will take place. In addition, the league indicated some of the stadiums in which the games will be played.

The state of Texas will have three teamswhose headquarters will be the cities of San Antonio, Arlington and Houston. Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward will take over in San Antonio and his home games will be at the Alamodome. In Arlington, the head coach will be Bob Stoops who will be local at Choctaw Stadium and in the ‘H’ the manager will be Wade Phillips who calls plays at TDECU Stadium.

Washington D.C.., the US capital, will host one of the eight XFL franchises and will play their home games at Audi Field. Your HC will be Reggie Barlowwho has college-level head coaching experience with Alabama State from 2007 to 2014 and Virginia State from 2016 to 2021.

Vegas, the ‘Sin City‘, will have one of the XFL franchises and his coach will be the historic NFL safety Rod Woodson. Its headquarters is yet to be defined.

Anthony Bechtwho played a year with the St. Louis during his time in the NFL, sIt was the HC of the BattleHawks. Their home games will be at the Dome.

Terrell Buckleywinner of Super Bowl XXXVI with the New England Patriots, will head the team with headquartered in orlando. He will direct his players at the Camping World Stadium.

The Seattle team will be fortunate to have Jim Haslett as their head coach.. The experienced coach with a defensive focus will call Lumen Field home, where the NFL’s Seahawks also play.

When does the XFL season start?

The first season of the XFL under the management of ‘The Rock’ has a start date of February 18, 2023
