Who to sit in Fantasy Football? – Week 7 NFL Season 2021

We arrived in the middle of October in our Fantasy Football leagues this NFL 2021 Season, and that is why we show you the players that you must leave on the bench for week 6, the famous Sit’Em that can not be missing in our weekly roster planning.

Remember that it is not about them being bad players, but about the matchups or situations that they are going to face every week. These are the fine points that separate the winners in Fantasy Football leagues from the rest. So don’t be afraid to pull the trigger and bank these names, at least this week.

NOTE: Below the player you will find my specific point projections for this week. These projections are from the system (Non-PPR) and are conservative predictions.

Quarterbacks

Justin Fields @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Projection: 14.3 points

Justin Fields has played at a poor level the last two weeks in both Fantasy Football and real life, letting WR go wide and forcing passes where he shouldn’t be. This, added to the fact that its terrestrial role is limited and that it faces the fearsome pass rush Buccaneers make it impossible to start

Taylor Heinicke @ Green Bay Packers

Projection: 15 points

This QB has been brought something very similar to what Fitzpatrick brought to this offense, a very high upside on big plays and also a downside very low with passes that should never have been thrown. Even though that him matchup It seems interesting, I would rather stay away from a QB who will deliver the ball multiple times like Taylor Heinicke.

Running Backs

Alex Collins vs New Orleans Saints

Projection: 4.4 points

Alex Collins will be limited by the injury he sustained and will no longer have the role he had in the past two weeks, as once first-round Rashaad Penny is back on the team and will likely have carries. In addition, Deejay Dallas handled the entire aerial role of the team and did it in a good way.

Myles Gaskin vs Atlanta Falcons

Projection: 5 points

The only way Myles Gaskin isn’t a sit it is that they are losing by many points or that they play against a great favorite. This match looks to be closed, so we will also see Malcolm Brown and Salvon Ahmed in the equation. Gaskin can’t even be the RB1 of his offense, so he’s hard to line up.

Wide Receivers

Tyler Boyd @ Baltimore Ravens

Projection: 7 points

It will be a tough game for Tyler Boyd, who has had a tough two weeks and this week may not be the exception. The Ravens are the third-lowest-scoring team for the WRs, and with someone so reliant on matchups like Boyd, it will be difficult for him to establish himself in the short area of the field.

Rondale Moore vs Houston Texans

Projection: 5.5 points

Even though that him matchup may be the ideal, Rondale Moore has not had the volume necessary to be relevant in Fantasy Football. With only 56% of routes run, being behind Kirk and AJ Green and now with the arrival of Zach Ertz it is impossible to start it with the confidence that it will produce.

Tight Ends

OJ Howard vs Chicago Bears

Projection: 3 points

OJ Howard had a dream week with less than 55% of routes run. This will be very difficult to repeat at such a low volume. This is a TE committee and you can’t predict which one will have the biggest week, it’s best to seat both Cameron Brate and Howard.

David Njoku vs Denver Broncos

Projection. 4 points

It is practically the same case as with Howard: David Njoku shares routes and targets with Austin Hooper, in addition to playing in an offense much more ground and much less explosive than that of the Buccaneers. Now with Keenum it will be impossible to trust any Browns air weapon.
