The 2021 season of the National Football League (NFL) is red hot, and the fight to enter the playoffs gives a clear example of this: with only four teams eliminated until Week 14, the applicants to reach the Super Bowl 2022 they vary too much.

This is something that teams like Dallas cowboys, Tampa bay buccaneers, Kansas city chiefs or New england patriots they should be attentive, since surprises in the NFL are the order of the day, in what has been one of the most even years in recent memory.

A playoffs without the magic of Aaron Rodgers or the competitiveness of Tom brady? The possible absence of emerging franchises such as Buffalo bills or Arizona cardinals? Everything is possible in a league where, until now, there are no certainties of who will be classified to fight for a place in the biggest game in American football.

The situation in the AFC

Out of the three eliminated teams (Jaguars, Texans, Jets), everything is open at the american conference. It’s just one game that separates the sixth-ranked Indianapolis Colts with the Miami Dolphins, thirteenth overall and one of the NFL’s fastest-winning franchises.

The situation in the NFC

On this side of the table, the Lions are the only ones eliminated, but more teams could join this week. Despite that, Washington Football Team is far from having secured that spot in seventh place, with six franchises behind them with the same record or a game difference.
