Just finished the regular season NFL and from now on the league has data that makes it compete solidly to become the More exciting in league history.
For the first time implemented a calendar with 18 weeks full of games between 32 teams, giving the fans a last day full of great emotions.
The game that put an end to that phase could not end in any other way than with a field goal in the last second of overtime for the Las Vegas Raiders to defeat and eliminate Los Angeles Chargers.
But that was the cherry on the cake, because according to the reports of the NFL, there were a number of games decided in the last action as never seen before:
- 34 games defined on the final play, the most in history;
- 49 winning results with touchdowns in the last minute of regulation or overtime, tying for the most in a season in history;
- 57 winning touchdowns of games in the last two minutes of regulation or overtime, also tying for the most in NFL history.
And the playoffs?
There were 14 teams that entered the postseason of the NFL, with the Green Bay Packers Y Tennessee Titans resting Wild Card Week.
There will be classic clashes like the Dallas Cowboys in view of San Francisco 49ers, or the possible goodbye of Ben Roethlisberger when the Pittsburgh Steelers visit the Kansas City Chiefs from patrick mahomes.
