NFL Fantasy: Sit’Em, Week 8

Here are the players we do not recommend using in your NFL Fantasy rosters for Week 8 of the 2021 season, the last one before the trade deadline.

Quarterback

Tua Tagovailoa he suffered in the few plays he played against the Bills in Week 2. Although he returned two weeks ago and had good individual performances against the Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Falcons, things will not be easy when he visits Buffalo.

Running back

D’Ernest Johnson he feasted against the Denver Broncos, but things will be different when he faces the Pittsburgh Steelers defense on a limited basis. This will be so because Nick Chubb will return after being out for two weeks with a hamstring injury.

Wide receiver

After scoring 34.10 Fantasy points in week seven thanks to eight receptions for 201 yards and a touchdown, Ja’Marr Chase it will hardly replicate such a commanding performance. Likewise, the Jets allow more points to running backs (38.37) and tight ends (16.40) than to wide receivers (29.55).

Tight end

Mike Gesicki, of the Miami Dolphins, is the third best tight end in the season, only behind Travis Kelce, of the Kansas City Chiefs, and Mark Andrews, of the Baltimore Ravens with 91.70 Fantasy points. Sadly, this week the Fins will face the Buffalo Bills, one of the most dominant defenses of late.

Kicker

Jason sanders, kicker for the Miami Dolphins, will see little action this Sunday at Highmark Stadium. The Dolphins will have a lot of difficulty moving the ball and, therefore, the specialist will suffer from scoring points.

Defending

The Seattle Seahawks They will face the Jacksonville Jaguars at Lumen Field and it appears to be a way for Pete Carroll’s men to get back on the winning track. However, Trevor Lawrence and company look better as the weeks go by.
