Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022: when is it, calendar, format and where is it played

Start a new edition of the Women’s Basketball World Cupwhich will have the city of Sidney, in Australiaas the venue for the contest in which the United States team seeks for the fourth time in a row to win the highest honors.

Starting next Thursday, September 22 at Australia (Wednesday night in the United States) and until October 1 The contest will be held that will face the great stars of basketball in the women’s branch in search of being crowned as the champions.

12 teams from five confederations will be the ones that will compete inch by inch with the aim of achieving maximum glory. Australia, United States, Serbia, South Korea, China, France, Canada, Japan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, Mali, and Puerto Rico are the qualified teams.
