Thinking about the Regional that will start next week and with projection towards the Federal of 2022, Belgrano closed yesterday the signings of the pivot from Mar del Plata Lucas Núñez and the forward Juan Delon from Chaco, two young people with antecedents competing in professionalism.

Núñez played five games in the 2018/19 National League with Quilmes de Mar del Plata. From there he went to Mercedes Communications, with which he played the last Federal, in which his team qualified for the Final Four. In this contest, during the regular phase, the intern averaged 7.5 points and 5.7 rebounds in twelve presentations. Before, with the Corrientes he had acted in the Development League 2017/18, with averages of 11 points and 10 rebounds (there he was a partner of José Defelippo from Nicole). Born in SMATA (he also had a visit to Unión), Núñez will turn 24 in December and is 2 meters tall. He would join in the next few days.

For his part, Delon (21 years old and 1.99 tall) played eleven games in the Argentine League, between 2017 and 2019, performing for Hindú de Resistencia, his home club, and from where he came to Belgrano. He arrived in San Nicolás this week, did a series of training sessions and was confirmed as a new player for the Pellegrini street entity.

These names in October could be added that of Elías Eterovich, who currently resides in Mexico and intends to return to the city. The other Red players will be those who have been competing in the First local: Franco Cionco, Jeremías Easterling, Genaro Calcaterra, plus the youth Vercelli, Alimena, Barile and Prediger, among others. Belgrano will be directed by Daniel Maffei and Ariel Amarillo.
