In the continuity of the tournament “Daniel ‘Nene’ Spurio” of the First local, four games were played last night. In the highlight of the seventh round of A1, at the stadium “La Ribera” Somisa “A” beat Regatas “A” 76 to 69, in an attractive and disputed classic, with an unbeatable debut by Ezequiel Dentis. The rosarino pivot – with a long career in professionalism and brand new reinforcement of the somiseros for Federal – acted 34 minutes and added 33 points (14-23 in doubles and 5-7 in free), 18 rebounds and 3 blocks.

Dentis was well accompanied by his countryman, Federico Pascual (and curiously the two of 39 years old), with 12 goals (5-10 in shots from the court), 10 recoveries and 5 assists. On the Regatas side, the youth Juan Lupinucci (17 + 7 + 1 + 1) and Domingo Felicetti (17 + 8 + 2 + 1) stood out again, who combined 34 points, 15 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 caps.

At the Náutico, it was not from the game Patricio Rodríguez and made his debut, on his return to the club after spending three years at Somisa, Sebastián Andollo (with 6 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists).

Somisa made a difference in the opening quarter and entered the first break winning by ten (maximum, 20-10). And although in the second Dentis began to gravitate, asserting his trade and his stature, Regatas raised his intensity in defense and was released in attack. In the opposite field the ball passed very well and with the very good performances of Lupinucci (he scored 9 points in a row) and Felicetti (10 points in that passage) he arrived at halftime up by one (37-36).

The parity was maintained in the third period, although Dentis (12 points) already became unstoppable for the dribblers, who resisted with the contributions of López and Valentín Ingrata and continued in the fight, despite having reached the last segment losing by five (57-62). At the start of that quarter he went on to win Regatas (65-64). At that moment Somisa recovered her energy back and forth she responded again, to go forward and head towards victory, hand in hand with Dentis and Pascual.

In another duel of this group, the leader, Belgrano “A”, defeated La Emilia by 90-86. Defensores-Don Bosco will complete the activity tomorrow, when they meet in Villa Ramallo at 7.30pm.

Meanwhile, for the day number 9 of the A2, Regatas “B” stretched its winning walk by beating Miter in San Pedro by 69 to 57, to remain as the leader of the area with an ideal score (and as the only undefeated in the championship ). In Ramallo, meanwhile, Sacachispas beat Social, who still did not win, 91-63. Today at 7:00 p.m. Belgrano “B” -Somisa “B” will play and from 7:30 p.m. Riberas-Los Andes will play.
