Las Lobas will play the South American final against Brazil

Argentina and Brazil arrived as favorites and fulfilled their first objective: to be in the final of the South American Women’s Adapted Basketball Championship that is played at CeNARD. The definition will be this Saturday, December 4, at 6:15 p.m., with free admission. In the semifinals this Friday, Las Lobas of Argentina beat Bolivia 57-22, and Brazil defeated Chile 78-2. Bolivia and Chile will go for the bronze medal (Saturday, 4:00 p.m.) and the last of the three places for the Copa América 2022.

The two games had logical results. Brazil made a rotation but still imposed its entire hierarchy against a Chile with little offensive power. Carlos Cardarelli, the Argentine coach, also gave minutes to several substitutes for Las Lobas. From Tuesday the 7th to Monday the 13th the men’s South American will be played with the participation of 7 teams: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay and Venezuela. It will be in a format of “all against all” and the first three will qualify for the Copa América 2022. The games will be played at CeNARD with free admission.
