Kanye West goes basketball! This will be your academy in the USA

You read that right, yes. Kanye West, the famous and controversial rapper and producer, or politician and fashion designer in his most recent past, has decided to land in the world of American basketball. In the near future, West will open his high school academy in Southern California, just thirty minutes from Los Angeles. According to Yahoo Sports, this new preparatory academy called Donda Academy will rival Sierra Canyon High School, Bronny James’ current team, with whom it already seems to be organizing a friendly at the Staples Center.

The Donda Academy will wear Adidas and with Kanye West himself in person, it has already begun recruiting players for its premiere. Yahoo Sports has reported that West has started to follow some bright young players on Instagram and has already written to them personally to join his team. We will see what the next events are.

In the absence of knowing the coach, it is already public that Jalen Hooks, a junior with offers from Kansas, Michigan State, Purdue or Illinois has decided to play for the rapper, like Zion Cruz. They will be joined by Robert Dillingham, a five-star project, and rumors with other great players have skyrocketed in recent weeks.
