Jasiel Rivero rises among Latinos in Spanish basketball

Cuban Jasiel Rivero climbed to place seven of the best Latin American players in the Endesa 2021-2022 Basketball League in Spain.

The Havana power forward added 12 points after a performance on day 10 of the tournament when he was chosen as the most outstanding performance among Latinos, which increased to 23 the accumulated in the vote sponsored by the league and the EFE agency for the fourth time.

In the previous campaign Jasiel finished in second place among Latin Americans, only behind Huertas.

For the rest of this week, the Cuban will play against the French of JL Bourg Basket in the Eurocup on Wednesday 17 and against Bilbao in Endesa on the next 20, after which he will travel to join his national team with a view to the qualifiers in America .
