One of the semifinals of the Reconquista Associative Tournament between Adelante and Centro Recreativo Calchaquí ended with a scandal and the suspension of the match due to the aggression that the match referee received.

As it became known, Olivero is determined to initiate a civil and criminal lawsuit against the attacking basketball player. After what happened, various voices spoke out regarding Mustasa’s attitude: “sad, outrageous, regrettable and extremely sad,” said Emanuel Vallejos, Adelante’s DT. In turn, the president of the Club Adelante Basketball Subcommittee, Martín Benitez, announced that they wanted to go to the final playing properly, implying that the game will not be resumed.

On the other hand, Emiliano Rojas, Mustasa’s partner, expressed his opinion: “A pity what just happened. We did not expect that reaction,” he lamented. Although it is estimated that Adelante will go to the final without resuming the game, we will have to wait for the final resolution. If so, they will face the winner of Platense Porvenir and Huracán de San Javier, the other two teams that were looking for a place in the final of the tournament.
