Yuli Gurriel, the batting champion, will come out “cheap” for the Houston Astros during the 2022 Major League Baseball season.
The Cuban won not only the American League batting title, but the Gold Glove in 1B, thus crowning a great season that ended with a loss to the Atlanta Braves in the World Series.

Yuli Gurriel, “cheap” for the Houston Astros:
Gurriel He will stay in Houston for at least 1 more season. The Cuban had signed a contract in 2020 for 1 season (2021), which included an option of just 8 million dollars for 2022.
Yuli expressed her joy on social media when the Astros exercised the option, that after their great campaign in 2021, there was little doubt that they would.
Happy and grateful that I will be wearing the Astros jacket again in 2022. We will continue to improve and battle 🙏🏽⚾️ #PorLaH
