Voit, Gary rescue the Yankees in the 9th

NEW YORK – Gary Sanchez homered off Greg Holland in the ninth inning, Luke Voit hit the winning double and the New York Yankees survived a blown save by Aroldis Chapman to defeat the Royals 6-5 on Wednesday night. Kansas City.

It was the first hit to win a game in Voit’s career and New York has six wins in its last at-bat this season.
