Video: Detroit Tigers pitcher threw up on mound and was sent to Triple-A

What a situation was recorded this Saturday in the game between the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago White Sox, when the right pitcher Beau burrows he vomited in the middle of his performance on the mound.

In the cameras that filmed the meeting was recorded as Burrows was affected by the afternoon sun and he started to feel bad.

The Detroit pitcher entered the field in the fourth inning and managed to dispatch the White Sox hitters, but in the fifth inning the story was different.

After a long fifth inning the Chicagoans lthey ogre thrashed the pitcher and scored five runs. After giving up four base runners, Burrows struck out the next hitters and just when one out was missing to dispatch to finish the actions, he broke down.

The White Sox hitter, Yermin Mercedes, realized and signaled to the Tigers dugout that the pitcher needed help just as Burrows was throwing up again on the back of the mound.

The pitchet tried to avoid vomiting, but it was impossible, and then the Detroit staff came to ask him how he was feeling they decided that it was best to withdraw it.

Is it was Burrows’ first appearance with the team in 2021, and after the fact it was known that he was sent directly to Tripe A.

The game ended with a landslide 15-run-2 score for Chicago.

The Tigers will make a corresponding move to add another arm before Sunday’s game. The only pitcher available on the 40-man roster is the prospect. Matt Manning, who last pitched Wednesday and seems unlikely to get the call to make his major league debut on a short layoff.
