NEW YORK – Austin Riley hit a grand slam and a two-run homer for a career-high six RBIs, and the Atlanta Braves crushed the New York Mets 12-5 on Tuesday night.
Abraham Almonte and Ozzie Albies from Curaçao also hit two-run home runs for the Braves, who have won two of the first three games of the five-game series, in their pursuit of the Mets, leaders in the East Division of the United States. National League.
Dansby Swanson had a two-run double in the first inning to kick off Atlanta’s productive night.
