After applying what is indicated in the disciplinary regulations for the competitive baseball system, approved on August 12, 2020, in chapter 14 of the request for transfer of players between provinces, which refers to:

ARTICLE 57: Players requesting transfer of provinces must meet the following requirements:

• A.- The first 15 business days from the last date of the National Series must request in writing to the Provincial Baseball Commission of their province the intention of transfer: the Provincial Baseball Commission will notify the provincial sports department of said request .
• B.- In the established time, the player must send a copy of the request to the National Baseball Commission.
• C.- The request must be considered as justification – endorsement of the province where you are interested in playing, confirming the possibility of reception – reasons why you have decided to change teams according to: search for a greater opportunity for sports development; exceptional situation of change of address.

TOARTICLE 61: The provincial baseball commissions will have the authority to retain for a period of two years, understood as two national series, the transfer of the requesting player provided there is no substitute.
