Colombia won the gold medal in baseball at the Junior Pan American Games in Barranquilla

In a match that made history, the Colombian ninth won the gold medal of the 2021 Junior Pan American Games Baseball tournament after defeat the Dominican Republic by 6 runs to 3 in the final match played this Thursday in the Édgar Renteria Park in Barranquilla.

– Women’s walk 20,000 meters with the representation of the Colombian Laura Cristina Chalarca Mojica, who will start in the seventh box, at 7:00 am at the Pascual Guerrero stadium.

– Fencing foil category will have the Colombian Miguel Angel Grajales Mena, who will face Shea Martin, at 9:00 am in the qualifying phase of all against all in the Pacific Events Center.

The Junior Pan American Games take place in Cali, the capital of Valle del Cauca, with 3,600 athletes from 40 countries between the ages of 14 and 23 that will compete in 22 disciplines in the city as well as in the sub-branches of Palmira, Yumbo, Jamundí, Buga and Barranquilla.
