The coach of La Roja del Básquet, Cristián Santander, communicated this Thursday the list of 12 players for the Chilean adult basketball team ahead of the third FIBA window for the 2023 World Cup qualifier.
On this occasion, the national cast will have to play their two commitments as visitors. The first will be June 30, in Barranquilla, against Colombia. Then it will be time to face on July 3 to Uruguay in Montevideo.
Among the main novelties of the Basketball Red highlights the return of Nicolás Aguirre and Felipe Haase, who come from United States basketball. Instead, they remain low. Maxwell Lorcawho was in the last window of June in the CEO, nor Nicholas Carvachostill in physical recovery.
One of the things that caught my attention was the absence of players from the Universidad de Concepciónreigning champion of the National Basketball League and is up 2-0 in the final against Los Leones de Quilpué. Other regulars of the last calls are not either Carlos Lauler, Marcelo Pérez and Sebastián Silva.
