Magnano chose the 12 to play the Pre-Olympic against the NBA in Turkey and the Czech Republic

The coach of the Uruguayan basketball team Rubén Magnano defined this Wednesday the 12 players who will play the Pre-Olympic in Victoria, Canada, for a place for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

The team began training on Monday June 14 and was completed last Tuesday with the arrival from Germany of Jayson Granger, who comes from being Bundesliga champion with Alba Berlin.

Granger has not played for the national team since the AmeriCup 2017 where Uruguay served as a local in one of the series at the Palacio Peñarol. Later he was not loaned out by Baskonia for the Playoffs and when the season ended he suffered a severe ankle injury that required surgery.
